1. GST Included
2. 60% Advance, 30% After Material Delivery & 10% After Handover.
3. Freight will be extra as per actual.
4. Extra Work beyond this BOQ will be chargable
5. 1 Year Support Free, 2nd Year will be AMC charges as per our mutually understanding.
6. Response time:
   • 4 Hours - On most urgent emergency calls
   • 12 hours – On Urgent break down calls
   • Regular maintenance calls – 24-48 hours response time
   • Spares – 2-3 days after confirmation
   • Service report after every visit/ maintenance (with before & after pictures) - PPM Summary mandate
   • Quarterly maintenance – 4 times a year – Planned preventive measure
